I search every active MLS listing for you and watch for new ones that fit. Showings work around your schedule.

Price, terms, contingencies, and timing, negotiated by someone who knows what the last ten comparable homes actually sold for.

Inspection to closing
Inspections, repairs, appraisal, title, and the closing table. I manage the deadlines so nothing slips.
